Description
The project is intended to run for 5 years and deliver a digital platform with a minimum but critical set of services to trigger the development of new artificial worlds through the replication and inheritance mechanism. The functioning of this platform will be illustrated through two case studies. One of those (called Simulacrum) will deliver a real-time distributed digital representation of environmental systems (oceans, land, atmosphere, and their ecosystems) based on real-time modelling and observational data. The Simulacrum will be shared across the multiverse to provide a layer of data and knowledge common to all artificial worlds(in contrast to idiosyncratic beliefs characteristic of individual worlds). Another case study will deliver a sample artificial world (Sizmari Universe) encompassing communities of practitioners engaged in the development of the multiverse teaching.
